Neutralizing tannin DNOL is a kind of anionic synthetic tanning agent which is suitable for neutralization and can also be used as a leveling agent for dark leathers. It contains organic acid salts for buffering and synthetic effect, and mildly neutralizes all kinds of leathers to tighten leather’s surface and make leather plump and elastic. It can be used separately, or used with common neutralizing agents such as sodium formate, sodium acetate, and soda with an amount of 1.0-3.0% of shaved leather.
Neutralizing tannin DNOL is very suitable for retanning. It can be used alone or used with other anionic retanning agents. More DNOL can enhance the plumpness, softness and roundness of leather. It will not make the surface rough even used with large amount of tanning extracts. The usage amount is generally 2.0-3.0% of shaved leather.

HR is a compound retanning agent whose compositions enable this product to play different roles according to different fiber structures of pelt. It mainly performs a strong filling function in fiber loosed areas, while in the fibers closely structured areas, it performs a function similar to that of common retanning agents to produce a fine, smooth and elastic grain surface.
It is particularly applicable to loose wet blue leather, especially Napa leather which requires a plump, tight and soft grain surface. It can provide a good plumpness even for belly area leathers. The grain surface will be smooth, soft and firm with good resistance to tearing.
It can improve the performance of abrasive leather and has good effect on buffed leather.
With excellent light resistance, it is also suitable for retanning white upper leather.
Application tips:
It is recommended for various loose wet blue, especially for the retanning of nappa leather which requires plump, firm and soft grain surface. It will provide a good buffing effect for split leather or buffed leather. It can also be used for retanning white leather and milling soft leather. This product is usually used after neutralization; generally, the usage amount is 4-8%, depending on the quality of wet blue leather and leather type to be produced. For thick upper leather that does not require milling, HR can be used in conjunction with some polymer retanning agents and vegetable tanning agents.

M is a kind of dispersing tannin and has a neutral reaction when dissolves in water. It has a dispersion effect for vegetable tannin (such as tannin extract). This product can prevent the formation of large and highly convergent molecules of vegetable tannins and precipitation of vegetable tannins, accelerate the permeation, and enhance tanning effect. Even vegetable tannins with high convergence can be evenly absorbed by the leather without too much tannin deposited on the pearl surface, and still maintain the elasticity of pearl surface.
When used together with synthetic tanning agent in the retanning of chrome leather, it promotes neutralization and makes the retanning agent absorb more evenly and moderate, and penetrate deeper.

It provides pure white leathers with good light resistance, elegant, smooth and tight pearl surface and perfect grinding performance after retanning with DLF. Therefore, sLipertan DLF is applicable to full grain leathers, buffed leathers and nubuck.

Application tips:
DLF is insensitive to common salt PH, which can be used before or after neutralization, and can be mixed with all synthetic tannins and vegetable tannins. It is a kind of synthetic tannin with positive and negative charges, which can be dissolved in water rapidly. AO can be compatible with chrome powder, re-tanning agents containing chrome powder, synthesize tannin, vegetable tannin, anionic dyes and other auxiliaries, and can disperse vegetable tannin.
AO has positive and negative charges, its negative charges combine with chrome leather, and positive charges combine with dyes to improve the fixation of dye and bright color. It is used for the retaining of chrome leather to obtain uniform and bright colors.
After re-tanned with AO, the leather fibers become more compact and not easy to be scratched, so as to possess excellent fullness, softness, and light resistance and keep leather smooth.
AO can combine well with leather fibers even under high pH values, especially suitable for retanning furniture leathers.
Application tips:
When AO is used for re-twisting, it can be used separately from the neutralizing agent or in the same water bath. However, if AO is used before dyeing, it must be changed after water or water washing to prevent the dye from being fixed too fast. Filling effect, can be used in combination with aldosterone, AO or plant tannins, without making the color of the leather too light. The AO dosage is generally from 2% to 8%.

D is a new kind of soft and plump resin tannin. After complete condensation, its formaldehyde will not free out, and can be mixed with other tanning agents, auxiliaries and dyes with negative ions.
Leathers after retanning with D will not become hard, and have a soft and plump touching feel with satisfied filling effect, especially suitable for some loose areas such as belly edge.
Moreover, D can increase the abrasion resistance of leather, such as Nubuck and suede.
Application tips:
In order to improve the fullness of the leather and obtain a tight and good bead surface, D is usually powdered into the drum together with the vegetable tanning agent and the synthetic tanning agent. When you are simmering, first neutralize and then add D, and then the water temperature is about 40 °C. If the skin is beaten (Mil1ed), D can promote the skin to obtain a uniform and good pattern (Milled grain). Even the skin of the Wet toggled produces a uniform and good bulging.
The amount of this product is 2%-4% based on the shaving weight.

PF is stable to almost all chemicals used in leather treatment, such as fatliquoring agents, tanning agents and dyes, but may have adverse effects when encounters sulfide and nitrides.
PF in conjunction with chrome and aluminum tanning agent can help tanning agent penetrate effectively, improve leather absorption rate, decrease tanning agent dosage and reduce the burden of wastewater treatment.
When used in chrome retanning, PF can disperse tanning agent effectively to permeate evenly in leather fibers, open the way for later retanning, filling agent and dye, and produce the real Napa leather.
PF has good light resistance and is not affected by PH value, which can be used to produce white leather.
When used for furs, PF can make furs soft and white with good elongation.
