SM is excellent multi-functional grease that is suitable for various kinds of leather with great wettability and permeability. It can make finished leather plump, round and soft after fatliqouring, and enhance the bending resistance and tensile strength of leather.
Uses:
This product can be used alone or in conjunction with other anionic fatliquoring agents. It is suitable for fatliquoring various light and heavy leathers, as well as for the production of coating oil, surfactants and pigment pastes.

Features and uses:
SFC is a kind of combined fatliquoring agent with unique capacity, its molecules containing a large amount of active genes (such as hydroxyl and sulfonyl) which can firmly combine with chromium fibers, respectively bind and coordinate with collagen fibers and metal ions, so as to make leather soft, plump, and achieve good resistance to dry cleaning and washing resistance after fatliquoring. Since the combined grease is not easily to disperse, therefore, the finished leather can maintain original style for a long time, as a result, increasing service life of leather products.

MO is a kind of cationic fatliquoring agent with excellent electrolyte stability, light fastness and lubrication, which can facilitate tanning agent penetrate more quickly and evenly when used in chrome tanning. It can be used as a preliminary fatliquoring agent for chrome tanned suede or as a last fatliquoring agent for suede to improve touching feel and brightness, as well as a surface fatliquoring agent and feel modifier for full grain leather.

Application:
For chrome tanning, MO can promote chromic salts distribute in leather, shorten tanning time, and improve the softness and plumpness of leather.
MO can also play a role of lubrication to prevent thinner leather wrapping with each other in the barrate during tanning to eliminate abrasion. MO is added at the beginning of tanning process or at the beginning of pickling. The usage amount is 0.2-0.5% of leather net weight and 0.5-1.0% of suede leather net weight.
MO is suitable for serving as a supplement to be added into anionic fatliquoring agent bath to promote anionic fatliquoring agent firmly fixed in the leather. It can produce leather with a slightly smooth waxy and comfortable feel, and increase the elasticity of grain surface. Dosage: 0.5-1.0% of shaved leather weight.
MO can be added with chrome powder when used in the retanning process to make leather soft and plump with good buffing performance; increase tear strength. Dosage: 1.0 % of shaved leather weight.
For suede leather, MO is used for fatliqouring after dyeing to improve touching feel and maintain silky effect.
MO is usually added after fixation into the dye liquor which has fully absorbed dyes. The usage amount is 1-2% of shaved leather weight. The emulsion of MO can also be sprayed on the leather surface to improve touching feel. Spray amount per sq ft: 10-20g.
