WS is a kind of soaking auxiliary that can accelerate the soaking speed of all kinds of raw leathers, and promote the rapid dissolving of soluble proteins, blood and dirt in leather without damaging collagens, so it is especially suitable for treating dry raw leathers. Using WS soaking auxiliary can shorten soaking time, and make leather fresh to facilitate for the following process. After treatment with this product, the fleshing process becomes significantly easier.
WS does not need dilution and is used directly in main soaking.
The amount of WS soaking agent depends on the original leather type and soaking time, generally taking 0.3-0.5% of leather weight. The amount should be appropriately increased for the original leather with high natural fat content and long soaking time.

Application:
KS can enhance the depilation effect of sulfide and lime during the process of liming and dehairing. With strong buffering effect, it can effectively restrain the excessive expansion of gray leather to avoid loose phenomena caused by excessive expansion.
It is used in the liming process to make leather fibers distribute uniformly to eliminate the wrinkles of cow leather maximally and reduce difference between the middle ridge and side belly, slow the liming process mildly to avoid the loose surface in side belly.
Special inhibitory function can effectively reduce cholasma and neck wrinkles. This product is widely used in the liming and dehairing process as well as reliming process of cow, goat and pig leather, especially suitable for pig and goat garment leather, cow sofa leather and soft Napa leather.
